Company has more than 70 branches in Tamilnadu, Pondicherry, Bangalore
and Mumbai and over 210 trading terminals.
Technology & Infrastructure
:
The Company is a user of advanced technologies and
has in its employment dedicated systems and network experts who manage a
widespread and diverse network of computer trading terminals and back
office systems and communication models which includes the use of VSAT,
Leased Line, VPN, ISDN, ISDN Internet, Dial up Internet, etc.

Internal Control Procedure /
Systems :
- Clients
are admitted only after a strict screening process and after
obtaining all details including IT Pan or other approved ID, bank
details, DP details, address proof, photo, etc.
- The
Company has a centralized back office at its registered office in
Chennai and maintains strict control over trading limits of all its
clients using surveillance software as well as skilled trading
administrators, managers and accounts and delivery personnel.
More than 95 persons are employed by the group.
- No
trading is permitted without the collection of prudent margins and
mark to market margins are collected compulsorily on a daily basis
without compromise.
- CTCL
or administration software has been installed for surveillance of
all orders before it is sent to the Exchange, therefore there is
preventive surveillance which is ever-alert.
- Digitally
certified e-contracts, accounts and documents are sent to almost all
of the clients with their consent.
- A
vigilant compliance officer is employed full time in addition to a
team of internal auditors on contractual basis who audit daily
transactions regularly.
- Cash
is not accepted from clients for trading, and no payment is made in
cash to clients.
- All
the Directors are whole time Directors constantly monitoring and
supervising the servicing of the clients and interacting with the
clients.
