Net Trading Facility Deposit : Rs.1000/- : Rs.1000/-  

The Net Trading Facility Deposit  will be refunded upon account closing subject to :

    * A minimum brokerage of Rs.250/- must be received every quarter.

    * Otherwise the shortfall will be payable to remain registered.

    * Quarters : Jan-March, April- June, July- Sept, & Oct-Dec.

If you are logging in for the first time, please do the following steps : 

• Download the MS java applet file from www.chona.com > Links  > MS Java Applet

• Double click the MSjavx86.exe  and install it. 

• Double click the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop
• Go to Tools menu and then select  Internet Options
• Select Security menu
• Select Custom Level
• Enable the first five  ActiveX Controls
• Then click on OK button
• Select Advanced   menu
• Untick the  SUN java  In Java (sun) 
• Restart the system once.

 Procedure :

1.   Contact CHONA by email/fax or phone and receive our Client Registration Form.

2.   Client Registration Form (including the Agreement for Internet Trading) must be completed and submitted to the Head Office.

3.   Margin amount must be paid to Chona either by transfer to Chona’s Bank Account over the internet or by paying a cheque to the nearest branch of Chona.  (Trading allowed only after cheque is realized).

Margin Calculation :

Cashdeposited is consider as Client Margin  ( * CashDeposited = M + ( C * 50% )  

*  M = Security Deposit + Net Account ( Cr)or ( Dr)

 *  C = Collateral 

I. Capital Market (NSE) : Exposure allowed : 10 times of Client  margin.

II. F&O Segment (NSE) : Upfront margin : 15% or RS 35000 whichever is higher, end of day :  SPAN margin as per NSE requirements.

4.   Receive your Client ID and Initial Password by email.

5.   Begin Trading.  All the best.

6.   Receive your contracts, account statements and other documents by digitally certified email.
